      昆虫病原真菌是一类重要的害虫生物防治制剂,利用其防控农业与林业生产中的重大害虫袁逐步减少传统化学药剂的使用,是今后农林害虫可持续治理的发展方向。对分离筛选得到的黄绿绿僵菌菌株SM076,在实验室条件下研究了培养基种类及温度对其生物学特性的影响遥研究结果表明,不同培养基组成、不同温度对菌株SM076的菌落生长速度、产孢量尧孢子萌发率等都有较大的影响。其中20~29℃为菌株SM076的最适培养温区,26℃为该菌株最佳培养温度;PDA和Czapek培养基都非常适合菌株产孢,同时在PDA培养基上该菌株生长速度最快。综合数据表明,黄绿绿僵菌SM076菌株是一株优良的生防菌株。
英文摘要:
      Entomopathogenic fungi is a very important biocontrol agent, their utilization in agricultural and forestry pests control,replacing or reducing traditional chemicals, is the future direction of pests sustainable management. In current study, the entomopathogenic fungi Metarhizium flavoviride strain SM076 was isolated, and its biological characteristics were studied in the laboratory. Result indicated that different media and temperatures could affect its mycelia growth, spore yield and conidia germination.Optimal temperature for SM076 culture was 20~29℃and 26益was the best temperature for mycelia growth and spore yield. PDA and Czapek media were both suitable for its sporulation, while PDA was best for mycelia growth. Our research showed that M. flavoviride SM076 strain could be a good agent in pest biological control.
