      利用鱼尾星蕨的孢子为外植体,研究了不同培养基、不同激素以及浓度对其孢子萌发、原叶体增殖、孢子体诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明,鱼尾星蕨的成熟孢子在1/2MS培养基上萌发速度最快,萌发率最高;鱼尾星蕨的原叶体在1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基上增殖速度较快,但增殖过程中不能形成孢子体;在1/2MS+AgNO3 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L培养基上成功诱导出孢子体,孢子体可再进行分株扩增,从而获得大量的孢子无菌苗。
英文摘要:
      With the spores of Microsorum punctatum (L.) Copel. cv. Grandiceps as the explants, the effects of different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulator combination in medium on spore germination, prothallium increment, the sporophyte induce and proliferation were studied. The results indicated that the most suitable medium for the spores' germination was 1/2MS culture medium, its germinating was the fastest and the most effective. The prothalliums which grew on 1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L grew faster than other treatments, but sporophytes formation were invisible according to the observation. Relatively, the medium of 1/2MS+AgNO31.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.05 mg/L successfully induced the sporophytes, and the sporophytes could separate and divide regularly, which resulting in a large number of new plants from spores.
