      为了解连作对唐菖蒲的影响,以温室不同茬次唐菖蒲江山美人品种及其根际土壤为研究对象,对唐菖 蒲生长发育和土壤微生物群落数量变化情况进行观测。结果表明院连作对唐菖蒲形态、生理指标有显著影响,其植株 萌发率、成苗率、株高、茎粗、叶片数、成花数、种球直径、子球个数等形态学指标与对照相比显著降低,叶绿素、根系 生活力、SOD 活性降低,MDA 含量及POD 活性显著升高,抗性减弱;随着种植年限的增加,土壤微生物总数减少,唐 菖蒲根际土壤细菌及放线菌数量减少,真菌数量逐渐增加。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the effects of continuous cropping on Gladiolus hybridus, taking different stubbles of G. hybridus Hort in greenhouse and its rhizosphere as the object, we observed the growth condition of G. hybridus and the quantity changes of soil microbial community. The results showed that continuous cropping had significant impact on the morphological and physiological indicators of G. hybridus. Compared with the control, the plant germination rate, seedling rate, plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, number of flower, ball diameter, ball number decreased; The chlorophyll content, root vigor, SOD activty significantly reduced, MDA, POD significantly increased, resistance weakened. With the increasing of planting years, the number of total soil microbial was reduced, the number of bacteria and actinomyces in rhizosphere was decreased and fungi increased gradually.
