| 控制权配置不明确、营销水平落后是制约林业专业合作社利益最大化发展的两大因素，研究利用演化博弈论的复制动态模型分析了林农与管理者的控制权配置问题，结果表明：为实现林业专业合作社利益最大化，林农应该加强监督，在合作社初期积极参与合作社的管理与决策，管理者应该具备大局观与责任意识。此外，从营销策略的角度提出两阶段动态博弈模型，利用反向归纳法求解该模型提出一个林业专业合作社对林产品的定价方法以
期实现合作社利益最大化。 |

| Allocation of control rights is not clear and low marketing level are the two major factors restricting forestry cooperatives to maximize the benefits. The research analyzes the problem of allocation of control rights of farmers and managers based on the replication dynamic model. It shows that farmers should strengthen the supervision, be actively to manage and make decision in the early days of the cooperative. Managers should have overall situation view and sense of responsibility. In addition, two stage dynamic game model is put forward from the view of marketing strategies. In order to maximize the benefits of the cooperative, a pricing method of the forest products is raised by using the backward induction method to solve the model. |
