      以甘蔗品种新台糖 22 和粤糖 93-159 的愈伤组织和刚分化 4 周的小苗为试验材料,初步确定了灭 草烟在愈伤组织分化阶段和刚分化 4 周小苗的筛选浓度。 结果发现,不同基因型甘蔗的愈伤组织和刚分化小 苗对灭草烟的耐受浓度均有差异。 综合试验结果,适合灭草烟在新台糖 22 和粤糖 93-159 愈伤组织分化阶段 的筛选浓度为 0.3 滋mol/L;适合灭草烟对新台糖 22 刚分化 4 周小苗的筛选浓度为 0.5 滋mol/L,适合灭草烟对粤 糖 93-159 刚分化 4 周小苗的筛选浓度为 1.0 滋mol/L。

      Strain LYM3, isolated from Rauvolfia vomitoria Afzel, had higher antagonistic effect against Colletotrichum musae, and its antagonistic activity was 64% in plate. According to its morphological characteristics, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain LYM3 was identified as Bacillus subtilis. Using single-factor method袁 the fermentation conditions of its antibacterial substance production were optimized. The optimal medium contained 2% soluble starch, 1% tryptone, 0.8% yeast extract, 1% NaCl, and initial pH was 6. After 60 h culture at 28益, 180 r/min, the antibacterial substance had higher yield, and the diameter of inhibition zone was up to 3.42 cm
