| 2013 年，广东全省水禽总饲养量略有降低，水禽养殖仍主要集中在珠三角地区，鸭、鹅总饲养量分
别占全省总饲养量的44.3%和48.3%。2013 年由于“速生鸡”事件和人感染H7N9 流感事件的发生，加上中央反
对公费请吃和经济增速下降等原因，降低了禽产品消费，使家禽行业受到了一定程度的打击，业绩较为低迷，
2014 年仍未走出低谷。为进一步推进广东水禽业的发展，应重视以下几方面：（1）转变水禽业养殖模式，采用新
技术寻求新突破曰（2）完善和优化水禽产业结构，推进产业链向一体化发展曰（3）政府加强政策扶持，确保水禽业
持续健康发展曰（4）参加保险，实现水禽产业自救曰（5）重视产品质量安全，建立水禽产业质量控制体系。 |

| In 2013, Guangdong waterfowl breeding was still mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta region,
with the duck and goose breeding proportions of 44.3% and 48.3%, respectively, which were slightly lower than those
in 2012. Guangdong waterfowl industry went through a tough year in 2013, affected by the 野fast-growing chicken冶
accident, H7N9 flu event, dissentient activities using public funds, and the decline of economic growth rate. In order
to promote the further development of Guangdong waterfowl industry, a series of countermeasures were proposed:
transforming the waterfowl breeding mode and taking new techniques to make breakthrough; improving the waterfowl
industrial structure and promoting the integrated development of waterfowl industry chain; promoting government
policy support; encouraging to participate in the insurance; focusing on the waterfowl productions爷quality safety and
building quality control system of waterfowl industry. |
