| 基于2016 年国家荔枝龙眼产业技术体系在广东、广西、海南的调查数据，运用数据包络分析
法比较了不同荔枝生产组织形式的技术效率。结果表明：不同生产组织形式下农户的技术效率均值都在0.5
以下，效率水平整体偏低；从技术效率分解结果看，纯技术效率低于规模效率，综合技术效率偏低原因在于
纯技术效率低下，表明当前荔枝生产要素配置不合理，技术贡献率较低，科技推广应用亟待提高；从生产要
素投入看，在一定产出水平下，不同生产组织形式在各要素投入上都存在不同程度的冗余情况和资源配置
不合理现象，但不同的生产组织形式在要素调整方向上存在差异；从规模收益看，荔枝生产基本处于规模
收益递增阶段。 |

| According to the data from the main areas of litchi in Guangdong，Guangxi and Hainan Province
in 2016, this paper analyzed the technical efficiency of different organizational forms of litchi production using the
data envelopment analysis（DEA） method. The results show: the average technical efficiency values of farmers
from different production organizational forms are below 0.5 and the level of efficiency is relatively low overall；pure
technical efficiency is lower than scale efficiency, low comprehensive technical efficiency is mainly due to the low
pure technical efficiency，which shows that the allocation of litchi production factors is irrational and needs to promote
innovation；at a definite level of output, different production organizations have different levels of redundancy and
irrational allocation of resources in each factor input, so there are differences in the direction of factor adjustment；
litchi production is basically in the stage of increasing returns to scale. |
