| 试验以凝结芽孢杆菌活菌数为指标，对凝结芽孢杆菌的增殖条件及抗性能力进行研究。结果表
明，培养基最适配方为：氯化钠2 g/L，蛋白胨5 g/L，酵母粉25 g/L，麦芽糖6 g/L，磷酸氢二纳∶磷酸二氢
钠= 5 g/L∶8 g/L，硫酸镁1.2 g/L，硫酸锰0.3 g/L；最适培养条件为：初始pH 值7.4、转速180 r/min、37℃
培养20 h，菌落总数可达到3.8×1011 CFU/mL。凝结芽孢杆菌耐热性值：D80℃ = 82.24 min，R2
80℃ = 0.9943，
D90℃ = 47.92 min，R2
90℃ = 0.9955，D100℃ = 16.92 min，R2
100℃ = 0.9944，凝结芽孢杆菌的热力致死曲线方程为
y = -3.266x + 342.96。在pH 值为2～6 及0.2%～1.4% 猪胆盐溶液环境中存活率超过100%。试验旨在为该
菌种能广泛应用饲料发酵行业提供依据。 |

| The study was conducted to investigate the proliferation and resisitance of Baclillus coagalans.
The results showed that：the optimum medium formula included sodium chloride 2 g/L，peptone 5 g/L，yeast
powder 25 g/L，maltose 6 g/L，magnesium sulfate 1.2 g/L，manganese sulfate 0.3 g/L，sodium phosphate dibasic∶
sodium dihydrogen phosphate 3.0 g/L∶5 g/L；the optimum culture conditions were as folbous: the initial pH value
of 7.4，180 r/min，at 37℃ for 20 h speed training，the total number of colonies can reach 3.8×1011 CFU/mL. …
B. coagulans resistance values：D80℃ = 82.24 min，R2
80℃ = 0.9943，D90℃ = 47.92 min，R2
90℃ = 0.9955，D100℃
= 16.92min，R2
100℃ = 0.9944. The thermal death curve equation was y = -3.266x + 342.96. In the environment of
pH value of 2～6 and 0.2%～1.4% pig bile salt solution，the survival rate of B. coagulans was 100%. The aim of this
experiment is to provide basis for the application of this strain in feed fermentation industry. |
