| 广东农业科技在城乡、区域发展上的不平衡十分突出，尤其是农村科技资源和高层次人才极度匮乏，成为制约乡村振兴的突出短板。以广东省农业科学院“院地合作”为例，介绍了广东省农业科学院推动科技下沉的主要做法和主要路径。提出“走出去，找事干”，以共建平台、下沉人才，协同创新、全链服务为工作方法，开辟科技下沉多条渠道，确保科技人员不仅“下得去、留得住、用得上”，而且大有作为。通过构建院地企、省市县联动的农业科技支撑体系，使科技的触角延伸到田间地头，带来了地方农业科技资源的盘活利用，科技成果的转化应用，农业产业发展的质量和效益不断提升的显著成效。实践证明，必须始终坚持体制机制创新、聚焦产业关键技术问题、凝聚多方力量，才能充分发挥科技引领乡村振兴战略的重要作用。 |

| The imbalance between urban and rural development and regional development of agricultural science and technology in Guangdong is very prominent，especially rural science and technology resources and high-level personnel are extremely deficient，which has become a prominent shortcoming that restricts rural revitalization.The article takes Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences’ academy-locality cooperation as example，introduced the main methods and ways to promote the subsidence of science and technology.it proposed“Get out there and get a job done”,with platform building, talent sinking, collaborative innovation and full chain service as the working methods,opening up multiple channels for scientific and technological subsidence,to make sure that scientific and technological personnel are not only "able to go and stay in the countryside, but also useful and remarkable.Through constructing the agricultural science and technology support system with the linkage of the academy-locality-enterprise and provinces-cities-counties.It has brought about remarkable results in the vigorous utilization of local agricultural scientific and technological resources, the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and the continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of agricultural industry development.Practice has shown that only by innovating systems and mechanisms, focusing on key technological issues in industries, and pooling the strength of various parties, can science and technology play its important role in leading the rural revitalization strategy. |
