      以观赏百合莫娜、黄天霸、巴巴拉、索邦等4个品种的鳞片为材料进行组培快繁技术研究。结果表明:用75%酒精消毒10 s,0.1%升汞消毒10 min,再用无菌水清洗5 次的灭菌效果最好,污染率最低;MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L为最佳诱导培养基;MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L为最佳增殖培养基;MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L为最佳生根培养基;蛭石:黄心土=1:1 为最佳移栽基质。整套组培快繁技术在莫娜、黄天霸、巴巴拉、索邦等4个观赏百合品种中均适用。
英文摘要:
      Tissue culture and rapid propagation technique of four ornamental lily, Lilium Mona, Lilium Manissa, Lilium Barbaresco and Lilium Sorbonne were studied.The results showed that sterilized 10 s by 75% alcohol, treated 10 min by 0.1% mercuric chloride, and then cleaned 5 times by sterile water, formed the best technique of sterilization with the lowest contamination rate. The best induction medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L. The best multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L. The best rooting medium was MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L. The best transplantation medium was vermiculite:yellow soil=1:1. The whole set of tissue culture and rapid propagation technique was suitable for the four ornamental lily in this study.
