| 对番木瓜芽的消毒方法、增殖培养、生根培养等进行了研究。结果表明，番木瓜外植体采用热水处理10 min、75%酒精消毒30 s、15%次氯酸钠消毒5 min、0.1%升汞消毒17 min 后的消毒效果最好；在番木瓜生根前利用壮苗培养基培养较高、较粗壮的番木瓜幼苗，可以提高生根率；生根后须及时转入未添加IBA的培养基中进行培养，才能获得质量较好的木瓜生根苗，从而提高木瓜苗的移栽成活率。 |

| The sterile method, multiplication culture and rooting culture for papya bud were studied. The results indicated the sterile treatment of hot water for 10 min, 75% alcohol for 30 seconds, sodium hypochlorite for 5 min, 0.1% corrosive sublimate for 17 min was the best way for papaya explants. And higher stronger young seedlings before growing new roots should been selected
for increasing the rooting rate in seedling culture medium, after the selected seedling producing new roots, move them into new culture medium without IBA for culturing. Finally, growing well and high survival rate papaya seedlings can be obtained by the series procedure above. |
