| Combining with the actual situation of Hebei province, the paper analyzed the advantage conditions and problems existing in new rural construction in Hebei, put forward the suggestion such as regarding the peasants as the subjects, strengthening the cultural and system construction, suiting measures to local economic and natural conditions and acting according to the fact, doing well the preliminary planning, operating regionally, by stages, and hierarchically, providing decision basis for new rural construction in Hebei and other places in China. |
