      选用10种大孔树脂分离脱除茶汤中的咖啡碱,以茶汤中咖啡碱、茶多酚的吸附率为指标,在静态吸附条件下筛选出分离咖啡碱效果较好的树脂AL-1。以洗脱率和吸附量为指标,考察了树脂AL-1 的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果表明,树脂AL-1 对咖啡碱的吸附率最高,为98.58 %。对于树脂AL-1 吸附咖啡碱,当上样流速在0.75 mL/min、上样液pH值为5.2 时,上样量最大,为11 个柱体积;用50 %的乙醇进行洗脱,洗脱剂用量为3个柱体积时,咖啡碱洗脱比较完全。
英文摘要:
      The adsorption rate of caffeine and tea polyphenol were used as indexes, the removal of caffeine from tea soap was studied. Resin AL-1 was separated out of ten resins in static adsorption conditions. And the adsorption rate of caffeine were 98.58 %,which was considered the best resin and could be used for the separation and purification of tea caffeine. At the same time, taking the elution rate and adsorption rate of caffeine as indexes for further optimization,the optimization condition for isolation and purification was 0.75 mL/min adsorbing flow rate, and the sample was pH5.2, and the eluent was 100 mL (equal to 3 column volume) of 50 % ethanol. Under the above condition, the caffeine could be removed with good separating effect.
