      为提高食用菌生产过程中的机械化、自动化程度,针对袋式栽培技术中一茬出菇后的食用菌菌袋设计了一种机械化打孔设备。该机采用正交三滑块机构、曲柄滑块机构和圆柱凸轮机构,能够将事先准备好菌袋从圆周4个等分角度处沿直径方向打孔,具有自动完成送料、打孔和下料等功能;结构紧凑,打孔质量好、效率高,无杂菌污染且可不间断自动连续作业;亦可与上游锥形种木机、接种机、粉碎机、混料机、装袋机及下游菌袋注水机等机械一起组成食用菌生产线,适用于食用菌袋式栽培技术的规模化生产。
英文摘要:
      To improve the level of mechanization and automation of mushroom production, an automatic punching machine was designed for the bag cultivated mushroom after the first batch of boom. The machine using several mechanisms such as compound three sliders mechanism, crank slider mechanism and cylindrical CAM mechanism, can push the prepared nails into the cultivation bag along the diameter direction at 4 different uniform locations on the circle. It has functions of automatic feeding, punching holes and unloading.Compact, high efficient, no bacteria contamination and automatically continuous uninterrupted operation, this machine can be a part of mushroom production line with the cone machine, grinder, mixer, bagging machines, inoculating machine and water machines for largescale production based on bag cultivation technology.
