| 针对我国天然林资源严重退化的实际，以西南地区（四川、重庆、贵州、云南）为研究对象，通过实地调查，全面分析西南地区天然林退化的原因。研究结果表明，天然林退化有政策失误、管理失误、经济贫困以及自然灾害等方面的原因，政策失误是我国天然林破坏的根本原因。最后提出了一些切实可行的天然林恢复的对策与措施。 |

| Based on the situation that the natural forest had been degraded severely, this paper taken the southwest China which
includeed Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Yunnan as example, and studied the reasons of natural forest degradation. Results of field investigation showed that it was the failure of police and management, the poverty and the natural disasters which caused the destruction of natural forests, and the failure of police was the key one. In the end, the paper suggested some practicable strategies and measures to recovery the natural forest. |
