      为探明亚洲玉米螟Ostrinia furnacalis 幼虫对光温反应的差异,详细比较了来自2个不同地理种群的亚洲玉米螟(江西南昌28.7°N、115.9°E和广西阳朔24.8°N、110.5°E)幼虫在5 个温度和6个光周期下的发育历期。结果表明:随温度的升高和光照时间的延长,2个地理种群亚洲玉米螟幼虫期的差异呈减小趋势;在光周期为L12:D12 和L11:D13 时,仅少数幼虫化蛹,绝大多数幼虫进入滞育。其结果揭示了即使在同一种类昆虫中,不同试验条件,其幼虫发育历期的地理差异也可能不同。
英文摘要:
      To understand the difference of response to photoperiod and temperature in larvae of the Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee, we compared larval duration of the Asian corn borer, O. furnacalis from two different latitude (Nanchang, Jiangxi, 28.7°N, 115.9°E; Yangshuo, Guangxi, 24.8°N, 110.5°E) at 20, 22, 25, 28 and 31℃ and in L16:D8, L15:D9, L14:D10, L13:D11, L12:D12, and L11:D13. The results indicated that the difference of larval duration in two geographic populations decreased with temperature increasing and photoperiod extending. Most larvae entered diapause and there were few pupae in L12:D12 and L11:D13. These results further suggestted that the geographic variation in larval duration may be different under different experimental conditions in the same specie of insects.
