| 随着我国城市化、工业化进程的加快，大量的农村劳动力持续向第二、第三产业转移，农村土地流转现象逐年增加，但是由于土地流转市场不健全，土地流转缺乏市场信息和中介服务，致使土地流转信息不对称，流转带有明显的自发性、盲目性与随意性，侵权行为时有发生，农户的土地流转收益不能保障，成为农村不稳定现象的主要因素之一。对农村土地流转主体的利益进行分析，在此基础上针对目前农村土地流转中存在的问题，从加强土地流转中介组织建设、加快信息平台建设、建立土地财富银行加强信贷支持等方面提出对策建议。 |

| With the acceleration of China's urbanization and industrialization process, a large number of rural labor force continued
transfer to urban, rural land circulation is widespread and increasing year by year. However, the rural land transfer market is not sound,there is lack of circulation information and intermediary services, and land circulation information is asymmetry. The land transfer appeared spontaneity, blindness and randomness, infringement behave have occurred and become one of the main problem of the rural instability. The article analyzed the main transfer爷s interests and direct at problems of rural land circulation, puts forward countermeasures scheme from strengthen land circulation intermediary organizations, and speeding up the construction of information platform, establishes the land bank credit support to strengthening wealth and so on. |
