      利用光学显微镜观察了6个品种变叶木的叶表皮,研究不同品种变叶木的叶表皮细胞形状及垂周壁式样的特征,测定了气孔器长轴、气孔器短轴、气孔指数、气孔密度等指标。结果显示:6种变叶木表皮细胞排列都很整齐,表皮细胞均为不规则形,垂周壁呈弧形、浅波状或波状。气孔密度最大的是桃珊瑚变叶木,为209.18个/mm2;气孔密度最小的是仙戟变叶木,为127.80个/mm2。6种变叶木的气孔指数在20.36%~30.23%。气孔面积最大的是仙戟变叶木,为1 757.86 μm2;气孔面积最小的是紫红变叶木,为1119.35 μm2。气孔器的长轴和短轴与气孔密度、气孔指数呈显著负相关,与气孔面积呈显著正相关。6种变叶木气孔各指标体现了变叶木在进化和演变中的遗传多样性.

      The indexes, including the shape and pattern of anticlinal walls, stomata density, stomata area, stomata index, were examined through light microscopy in 6 varieties of Codiaeum variegatum. The results showed that the epidermal cells were polygonal to irregular, with the anticlinal walls archedor, repand, sinuous. The largest stomatal density was C. variegatum var. pictum forma Aucubifolium, for 209.18/mm2, and the smallest was C. variegatum var. pictum forma excellent, for 127.80/mm2. Stomatal index was in the ranges of 20.36%~30.23%. Among stomatal areas, the largest reached 1 757.86 μm2, and the smallest was 1 119.35 μm2. Correlation analysis on leaf stomata characteristics showed that there were significantly negative correlations between stomata length or width and stomatal density, stomatal index, but an extremely positive correlation is observed in the stomatal area. The indicators in 6 cultivars of Codiaeum variegatum all reflected genetic diversity in the evolution.
