| 国家现代农业示范区是现代集约农业的有效组织形式和展示窗口，在推动农业增长方式转变、促进农业和农村经济发展中的作用越来越突出。开平市作为首批国家现代农业示范区之一，通过规划建设，明确指出了开平市国家现代农业示范水产养殖以外向型为重点，以绿色为特色，从核心区、成果转化区和辐射带动区3个层次逐步进行。在潭江沿岸打造野一条鱼工程冶，建立外向型罗非鱼养殖产业带；以重要的水产养殖镇为主体，打造“一镇一品”工程。指明了各区的重点建设项目，并提出了作为保障措施的公共支撑服务体系建设方案。 |

| National modern agriculture demonstration area was the effective organization and exhibition window for modern intensive
agriculture; it became more and more prominent in the process of pushing agriculture development mode and promoting agricultural and rural economic development. The export-oriented and green feature must be prominented for Kaiping city, one of the first national modern agriculture demonstration areas. The three levels of core area, achievements area and radiation area propelled gradually through the planning and construction. “One fish project”and “export-oriented tilapia aquaculture industry belt”were created in the coast of the Tanjiang River; “one town one brand”project was established based on the important aquaculture towns. Then this paper pointed out the major construction project, and proposed the construction plan for public support and service system as safeguard measures. |
