| 随着广东省经济的高速发展和居民生活水平的提高，畜禽养殖业污染已成为广东省农业污染的主要成因和影响广东省水环境安全的重要因素。论述和分析了广东省畜禽养殖业的污染现状，针对广东省畜禽养殖业污染物总量减排的需要，从政策引导、环境管理、清洁生产和末端治理等方面提出了污染物总量减排对策，并推荐了适合广东实际情况的畜禽养殖废物处理技术，以期为环保和农业部门的畜禽养殖业总量减排工作提供参考。 |

| As the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standard of Guangdong province, livestock and
poultry industry has became the main reasons of agriculture pollution and an important factor affecting the safety of water environment of Guangdong province. The pollution status of livestock and poultry industry in Guangdong province was analyzed. Focus on the demand of total emission reduction of livestock and poultry industry in Guangdong province, the emission reduction measures of total emission were proposed on the aspects of policy guidance, environmental management, cleaner production and end treatment. Integrated treatment and resource utilization technology which were feasible and suitable for livestock and poultry waste in local areas were recommended for environmental protection and agriculture departments. |
