| 改革开放以来，我国逐步建立了从中央到乡镇的五级政府农技推广服务体系。农村科技特派员工作对于满足农民群众科技服务需求，提高农民收入，具有重要意义。选取国内农村科技特派员建设较有代表性的省份，从投入、激励、协调管理和派驻4个方面分析研究各个省特点，通过与广东省的对比，得出对广东省农村科技特派员的启示。 |

| Since the reform and opening up, China has gradually established five government rural extension service system from the
central to the township. Rural science and technology correspondent work is important to the farmers in meeting demand for technology services and increase farmers' income. This paper selected provinces which were more representative in rural science and technology correspondent construction. It carried on the contrast analysis from the provinces of investment, incentive, management and coordination in four aspects to study the characteristics of each province, and worked out enlightenment to rural science and technology correspondent in Guangdong. |
