      研究探讨组合型蛋白酶对断奶仔猪生长性能与养分消化率的影响。选取300头28日龄杜长大三元杂断奶仔猪,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头(公母各半),试验期为28 d。结果表明:(1)在28~56 日龄,添加蛋白酶能提高仔猪生长性能,其中组合酶玉组饲料转化率与对照组相比降低7.69% (P<0.05)。(2)在消化试验中,仔猪日粮中添加蛋白酶能够提高能量、粗蛋白的利用率,组合酶玉组与对照组相比,能量的表观消化率提高6.08%(P<0.05),粗蛋白质的表观利用率提高7.53%(P<0.05)。(3)添加蛋白酶对仔猪十二指肠和空肠内容物淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶影响不显著。添加蛋白酶能够促进断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质表观消化率,其中组合型蛋白酶优于单酶效果。
英文摘要:
      This research explored the influence of combination protease on growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of piglets. A total of 300 28-d-old, three-way cross-breeding weaned piglets, were divided into 5 groups randomly with 6 repeats (each group of 5 males and 5 females per repeat). Divided into control group, single enzyme groupⅠ(acid protease), single enzyme group Ⅱ(neutral Protease) , combinatorial enzyme group Ⅰ and combinatorial enzyme group Ⅱ, the trail period was 28 days. The result indicated that: (1)From 28 to 56 days age, added protease improved piglets production performance, the feed conversion rate of combinatorial enzyme group Ⅰ was reduced by 7.69% (P<0.05) compared with the control group. (2) In the digestive research,additional protease in diets could improve the utilization rate of energy and crude protein, combinatorial enzyme groupⅠ, energy apparent digestion rate was increased by 6.08% and crude protein apparent utilization ratio was increased by 7.53% (P<0.05) compared with the control group. (3)The influence was not significant when added protase for piglets the duodenum and jejunum content amylase and trypsin. This experiment proved that combination protease was better than single protease on promoting growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of piglets.
