      以木薯品种华南205为试材,采用微滴灌溉、微喷灌溉和不灌溉3种灌溉方式进行对比,研究微滴灌对木薯叶片生理特性和产量的影响。结果表明:微滴灌溉下,木薯叶片的含水率、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和叶片干重均显著提高,叶可溶性糖含量则降低曰与对照不灌溉相比,木薯叶片含水率增加了8.99%,叶绿素含量增加了6.86%,可溶性蛋白质含量增加了27.08%,叶片干重增加了12.60%,可溶性糖含量降低了24.48%,块根产量提高了85.07%。微滴灌溉不仅可以提高水分利用率,增强木薯抗旱性,同时还可有效地提高木薯光合效率,促进木薯的生长,提高木薯产量。
英文摘要:
      Taking cassava cultivar‘SC205’as materials, the effects of micro drip irrigation on leaf physiological characteristics and yield of cassava were investigated by comparing three irrigation methods including micro drip irrigation,micro spray irrigation and non-irrigation. The results showed that compared with the non-irrigation, under micro drip irrigation method, the leaf moisture, chlorophyll content, soluble protein content and dry weight increased significantly, but the leaf soluble sugar content decreased, the leaf moisture increased by 8.99%, the chlorophyll content increased by 6.86%,the soluble protein content increased by 27.08%, the leaf dry weight increased by 12.60%, the soluble sugar content reduced by 24.48% and the yield increased by 85.07%. The result indicated that micro drip irrigation not only could improve water use efficiency to enhance drought resistance of cassava, but also could improve the photosynthetic efficiency of cassava, then promote cassava growth and root tuber yield.
