      草菇是一种原产自我国热带与亚热带地区的腐生性食用真菌。对17 个不同来源的草菇(Volvariel lavolvacea)菌株的原基出现时间、大量采收时间、菌膜厚度及生物转化率等生物学特性进行了比较。结果表明:原基出现时间、大量采收时间与生物转化率无直接的相关性;但原基出现时间、大量采收时间越短,生物转化率相对较高;菌膜厚度越厚,越不容易开伞,菌株VV007的菌膜厚度最薄、为0.52mm,最容易开伞;各菌株间的生物转化率差异显著,其中VV001的生物转化率最高,达21.73%。
英文摘要:
      Volvariella volvacea is a saprophytic edible fungus, which is first found in tropical and subtropical areas in China. This study focused on the comparison of biological characteristics of 17 strains of V. volvacea from different sources,the biological characteristics included days of primordium forming, days of fruit body harvest, biofilm thickness and biological efficiency. The results showed that days of primordium forming and days of fruit body harvest had no correlations with biological efficiency. However, the strains with less time of primordium forming and fruit body harvest would get high biological efficiency. The thicker the biofilm, the harder the fruit body opened up. The strain VV007 got the thinnest biofilm with 0.52 mm. The biological efficiencies among V. volvacea strains were significantly different and strain VV001 got the highest biological efficiency with 21.73%.
