| 用水做溶剂，考察料液比、提取温度、浸提液pH值、提取时间等4个因素对红景天中红景天苷提取率的影响，然后采用响应面分析法建立提取条件与提取率之间的数学模型，优化提取工艺参数。结果表明，最佳工艺参数为院料液比1：34(g/g)、提取温度
64℃、浸提液pH8.1、提取时间45 min，在该条件下，红景天苷的提取率为5.69%。 |

| Effects of four crucial parameters (i.e., material/liquid ratio, temperature, pH adjustment of water as extraction solvent and extraction duration) on extraction yield of salidroside were investigated by one -factor -at -a -time method. Subsequently, a central composition experimental design leading to a set of 30 experiments with different combinations of the four variables was performed to attain the maximum extraction yield of salidroside. Under the optimized conditions as follows: material/liquid ratio (g/g) 1:34,64益and pH 8.1for an extraction duration of 45min,the yield of salidroside was found to be 5.69%. |
