      海湾扇贝是我国引进的一个重要品种,由于其生理结构的特殊性,给机械加工带来了一定难度。我国目前闭壳肌剥离仍以手工剥离为主,实现闭壳肌自动化剥离是当务之急。在对海湾扇贝生理学结构分析的基础上,对闭壳肌剥离技术及设备现状进行了系统分析,对现有的扇贝剥离方法进行了优劣对比,并展望闭壳肌剥离设备的发展趋势。
英文摘要:
      Bay Scallop is important variety of scallop which was introduced to china. Compared with other shellfish, bay scallops'physiological structure is more specifically, so scallop processing is more difficult. In china, scallop processing is mainly dominated by hand-splitting, so realization of automated splitting is a matter of urgency. On the basis of Bay Scallop physiology structure analysis, adductor splitting technology and equipment is analyzed systematically. Comparison of existing splitting methods, we can make a reasonable prediction of the development trend of adductor-splitting apparatus.
