      以野巴西冶香蕉品种的试管芽为材料,MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂5.0 g/L 为芽增殖培养基,研究植物生长调节剂对离体香蕉叶片愈伤组织诱导和增殖的影响.结果表明,影响香蕉叶片愈伤组织诱导的主要因素是生长素,而 细胞分裂素和赤霉素对其影响较小.其中,2,4-D是影响诱导香蕉叶片愈伤组织发生的重要因素.单独使用2,4-D就可以成功诱导出水浸状愈伤组织,且诱导率为100%;2,4-D浓度在0.5~2.0 mg/L 时,愈伤组织可在继代过程中分化成白色致密形态的愈伤组织。当2,4-D和NAA共同作用时,能够在继代过程中将水浸状愈伤组织继续分化成浅绿色颗粒状愈伤组织。

      Using in vitro suckers of 耶Brazilian爷banana cultivar as materials, MS+6-BA 4.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+sucrose 30 g/L+agar 5.0 g/L as the shoot proliferation medium, effects of plant growth regulators on callus induction from Banana leaf and its proliferation were studied. The results showed that, main factor influencing callus induction from banana leaves was auxins, while cytokinin and gibberellin had little effects. 2,4-D was the main auxin influencing the callus induction. 2,4-D alone could successfully induced watersoaked-like callus, and the induction rate was 100%; when used at the concentration of 0.5~2.0 mg/L 2,4-D could make the callus to form white and compact callus during subcultures. When 2,4-D and NAA were both used in medium, the water-soaked-like callus could differentiate into light green granular callus.
