| 保护耕地和基本农田是我国的一项基本国策，随着经济发展和耕地后备资源的日渐枯竭，人多地少矛盾越来越突出，耕地和基本农田保护形势日益严峻。本文采用统计与比较方法和相关数学模型，对广东省1996-2010年的耕地和基本农田数量、质量、结构和保护形势的时空变化格局进行了分析，阐明了耕地和基本农田保护中存在的主要问题，并针对性地提出了耕地和基本农田保护的对策和建议袁对全国的耕地和基本农田保护具有很好的借鉴作用遥 |

| Protection of cultivated land and basic farmland is the basic national policy. Along with economic development and reserve cultivated land resources shortage, the contradictions between population and land resources are becoming increasingly acute and the situation of protection of cultivated land and basic farmland was rigorous. The number，quality, structure，distribution, and the protection situation of cultivated land and basic farmlands from 1996 to 2010 were analyzed by the statistical method and comparative analysis. The dynamic changes have been analyzed upon the number and the quality of timing changes and region distribution changes of cultivated land and basic farmlands with the corresponding mathematical model, which has further explained the major problems with the protection of cultivated land and basic farmland, the measures and suggestions have been proposed on how to deal with the major problems for the protection of cultivated land and basic farmland in Guangdong province, which result was the good reference for national protection of cultivated land and basic farmland. |
