| 从农产品产-供-销一体化的视角出发，全面系统地归纳总结了以美国、欧盟和日本为代表的主要国家和地区在农产品价格调控方面的具体做法，并对这些做法的共性进行了抽象概括；同时，在紧密结合我国实际情况的基础上，指出了国外农产品价格调控经验对我国的启示，认为我国要确保农产品价格的基本稳定，政府应从农产品产-供-销一体化的每一个环节着手，不仅要重视农产品的均衡稳定供给，还需要重视农产品的流通与销售。 |

| Based on the point of the integration of agricultural products from production to sale, this paper summarized the major experience to regulate the price fluctuation of agricultural product about the United States, European Union and Japan, and abstracted their general character. Then, this paper pointed out the enlightenment of the experience of foreign agricultural price regulation for China,based on the close connection with China's actual situation. At last, this paper suggested that in order to ensure the basic stability of the price of agricultural product, the government should pay attention to every aspect of its integration, and the stable supply of agricultural product and its circulation and sale were very important too. |
