| 培训和造就新型农民是推进农业现代化和社会主义新农村建设的必然要求和重要保障。农民对培训具有很高的需求，但由于政府的投入不足、培训的内容和形式无法适应农民的知识需求等原因，农民培训存在长期供给不足的失衡状态。由于农民培训具有公共产品属性，政府应当承担更多的培训农民的责任，应当从完善法律法规；加大政府投入力度；优化培训模式；完善培训配套服务，提高有效的供给能力，满足不断增长的培训需求。 |

| It is necessary to cultivate skilled and capable peasant during we develop modern agriculture and new village. The peasanthas much demand on training, but the supply can爷t match it, for the less input from government. As the peasant training belongs to public goods, government should undertake more responsibility. More input, making institution more suitable, training mode innovation, all these methods are good to increase the peasant training supply. |
