| 参考国内外食品安全可追溯性体系的流程，结合我国的具体情况，重点研究咸蛋产品的质量安全追溯体系，为咸蛋出口企业建立食品可追溯体系的流程。该系统包括企业端管理信息系统、产品数据库系统、追溯信息查询系统3个部分。通过以数据集成与数据共享技术、条形码与无线射频识别技术以及网络技术等为手段，从而实现产品质量控制和追溯流程，为企业在应用可追溯体系时遇到的问题，提出解决办法。 |

| The paper referenced to domestic and international food safety system of traceability process, focused on the traceability system of salted eggs products' quality and safety with the specific situation in China，set up the process of food safety traceability system for the salted eggs export enterprises. The traceability system includes enterprise management information system, products database system and traceability information system. Carry the quality control of products and traceability processes into effect through the data integration and data sharing technology, bar code and RFID technology and Network technology. Analysis what's the mainly problems in the application of the food traceability system and put forward the solutions. |
