| “加快实现农业现代化，并充分发挥信息化对工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的支撑作用，实现工业化、城镇化、农业现代化和信息化协调发展”，是新时期现代化建设的整体思路。建国以来我国工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化同步发展有鲜明的历史特色和阶段特征，“四化”同步的演变随政府策略变化而发展。“四化”之间的相互影响和相互促进关系表明，“四化”的同步协调发展具有规律性、阶段性和趋势性，是中国现代化建设的必要过程。 |

| “Speed up the realization of agricultural modernization, while promote the role of informatization in supporting industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization, achieved harmonious development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization(hereinafter, Four Modernizations)”, this is the overall ideas of modernization construction in new age. Historical features and stage characteristic is reflected in the synchronized development of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. It's thought that the evolution of Four Modernizations changed following government strategy, there's also interaction effect and mutual promotion among Four Modernizations. The harmonious development of Four Modernizations which embodies the regularity, periodicity and tendency, was an inevitable process of modernization drive in China. |
