      通过盆栽试验研究了施砷量对不同时期烟草农艺性状、烟叶中砷含量、富集系数、烟叶干重及砷在烟草中不同部位砷的影响,结果表明,低浓度对烟草生长就有一定的促进作用,而高浓度对烟草生长产生抑制作用;各处理在旺长期的富集系数最高,根和茎中砷含量最高,而成熟期时烟叶中的砷含量最高,表明砷由根和茎向叶发生了转移。
英文摘要:
      The paper researched the arsenic effects on tobacco agronomic traits, the arsenic content of tobacco leaves, bioconcentration factors, dry weight of tobacco and arsenic content in different parts of tobacco during different periods by pot experiment. The results showed that low concentration of arsenic could promote tobacco growth, and high concentration of arsenic could cause inhibition of the tobacco growth.Arsenic bioconcentration factors of each treatment was the highest and arsenic in roots and stems was also the highest in fast growing stage,arsenic of tobacco leaves was highest in maturing stage, which indicated that the arsenic transferred from the roots and stems to the leaves.
