      从土壤中筛选分离到1株高产几丁质酶菌株GWM1.8072,通过菌落形态特征、生理生化分析及16SrDNA序列测定比对分析,对该菌株进行了鉴定,确定其种属分类地位。结果显示,菌株GWM1.8072与已知侧孢芽孢杆菌形成一个类群,同源性高达99.7%,故将其鉴定为侧孢芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus laterosporus)。进一步通过对该菌发酵周期代谢产物的初步检测分析,几丁质酶活最高达到4.52 U/mL,结果显示该菌具有较强的产几丁质酶的活性袁具有一定的生物防治应用前景。
英文摘要:
      The strain GWM1.8072 was isolated from the soil. The results showed that strain GWM1.8072 was found to have strong chitosanase activity. Through study on its morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16S rDNA sequence homology comparison, the strain GWM1.8072 was identified as Brevibacillus laterosporus, which was almost closest relative to the standard strain with more than 99.7% similarity in sequence under the phylogenetic tree.Through the preliminary detection of the fermentation product analysis, enzyme activity of GWM1.8072 reached 4.52 U/mL,and the experimental results showed that this strain GWM1.8072 had strong chitinase activity and characteristics of biological control袁which had a prospect of biological control application.
