| 从人口分布与粮食安全、全球谷物供求总体状况、全球谷物贸易率等方面分析了世界粮食（谷物）供求形势，从粮食安全内涵尧演变、发展目标、不安全状况及变化等方面深入阐述了世界粮食安全问题；从稻米、小麦、玉米等供求关系，以及粮食生产发展长期发展趋势变化轨迹等方面剖析了中国粮食供求状况；从中国粮食不安全状况及变化、国内粮食安全问题分析、安全战略等角度较为系统地解析了中国粮食安全问题。从国家安全战略性的高度提出了世界粮食安全体系建设、粮食安全指标体系构建等方面的对策建议。 |

| This paper analyzed the supply and demand situation of globle food (cereal) in population distribution, food security, overall situation of globle food supply and demand, globle food trade rate. Globle food problems are expatiated from the fields of connotation, evolution, development target, insecurity and change of globe food. Supply and demand situation of food domestically is discussed from the aspects of supply and demand situations of rice, wheat, corn and development trajectory of food production. Food security in China is studied from insecurity situation, development,problems and security strategy of domestic food. At last, countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of globle food security system and indicator system are put forward for the national security. |
