| 海洋渔业资源深加工的发展是带动整个渔业经济发展的重要动力。分析了广东海洋渔业资源深加工取得的成就，指出了其海洋渔业资源深加工企业实力薄弱、科研工作落后、资源浪费严重、加工质量安全存在隐患等问题，阐述未来向注重食品质量安全、高新技术的应用及海洋生物天然产物的综合利用发展的趋势；最后从优化产业结构、培育龙头企业、实施产业化经营、创新科学技术、加强质量管理和建立行业协会6方面，提出促进广东海洋渔业资源深加工产业发展的对策建议。 |

| Deep processing of marine fishery resources plays an important driving role in the entire fishery. This paper analyzes the achievements on deep processing of Guangdong marine fishery resources, points out problems like weak marine fisheries resources deep-processing enterprise, research work backward, serious waste of resources, security risks of processing quality and other issues; then explains the trends including focusing on food quality and safety, high -tech application and utilization of marine natural product. Finally, from aspects of industrial structure optimization, leading enterprises cultivating, implementation of industrial management, science and technology innovation, strengthening quality management and establishment of industry associations, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote deep processing industry development of marine fishery resources in Guangdong are put forward. |
