| 依据宁夏同心县和陕西高陵县两个县区的262份农户调查问卷，采用DID模型，研究农村产权抵押融资对农户收入的影响方向以及其他影响收入的因素。研究结果表明，农村产权抵押融资对农户的人均纯收入、人均农业收入和人均非农收入都有显著的正向影响，短期内对被调查地区的收入结构影响甚微；从其他影响因素来看，受教育程度和家庭耕地面积对人均纯收入有显著正向影响，家庭人口总数和农业劳动力占比对人均纯收入有显著负向影响，农户年龄和家庭耕地面积对人均农业收入有显著正向影响，家庭人口总数对人均农业收入有显著负向影响，受教育程度对人均非农收入有显著正向影响，而年龄和农业劳动力占比对人均非农收入产生显著负影响。 |

| This essay was based on 262 farmers questionnaire from the Tongxin in county Ningxia province and Gaoling county in Shannxi province. By using DID model, the effect of rural property mortgage financing on farmers'income and other factors which affected the income studied. The research results showed that rural property rights mortgage financing had significant positive influence on per capita net income, per capita net income of agriculture and non-agriculture, however, it had little effect on the income structure of the surveyed area in the short term;Taking the other influencing factors into consideration, on the first, the degree of education and cultivated land area had significant positive effects on the per capita net income, on the other hand, family population and agricultural labor force ratio had significant negative effects on the per capita net income, on the second, the age of farmers and cultivated land area had significant positive effects on per capita net income of agriculture, while family
population had a significant negative effect on per capita agricultural income, on the third, the degree of education had a significant positive effect on per capita income of non-agricultural, while the age of farmers and agricultural labor force ratio had a significant negative impact on per capita income of non-agricultural. |
