| 大力发展农民合作社是转变农业发展模式、解决我国野三农冶问题的有效途径。以广东农民合作社为例，在全面分析广东农民合作社发展现状的基础上，探讨了广东农民合作社发展的宏观制度环境，并从政府职能、金融体系和技术支持等多重视角出发，提出进行广东农民合作社宏观制度环境创新的不同路径选择。 |

| The development of farmers cooperatives is an effective way to transform agricultural development model and to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers ".This paper analysis the current situation of the development of farmer cooperatives in Guangdong, and discusses the macroscopic institutional environment of Guangdong farmers cooperatives. From the perspective of the functions of the government, the financial system and technical support,this paper proposes different route choice to make macroscopic institutional environment innovation of Guangdong farmers cooperatives. |
