| 从农民工流动的视角来关注其社会保障的改革和完善问题,分析了现阶段农民工流动的新特点,阐述了
农民工社会保障现状即在体系上高度碎片化覆盖面和保障水平还处于低水平阶段的野一高两低冶的特征,在此基
础上,分析医疗等主要保险社会救助,社会福利及社会保险衔接状况等农民工社会保障状况对农民工流动的影响,
并提出了农民工社会保障制度建设的若干思考. |

| The paper pays attention to the reform and perfection of the social security of migrant labors from the
perspective of migration of migrant labors. First, the paper analyzes the new characteristics of the present stage of the
migrant labors migration, and then states social security status of migrant labors, that is highly fragmented system, low
coverage and security level. Based on this, the paper analyses the effect on the migration of migrant labors of the social
insurance including medical insurance, social assistance, social welfare and the status of social insurance join. At last,the
paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of social security system of migrant labors |
