| 香蕉味道香甜尧营养丰富，与菠萝尧龙眼尧荔枝并称为野南国四大果品冶，也是东莞水乡地区的传统农作物
之一。在东莞市大力发展都市农业的新形势下，以及面临香蕉枯萎病的严重打击下，分析了包括香蕉在内的蕉类植
物的应用，包括发展以抗病优质的香蕉尧粉蕉尧贡蕉尧大蕉品种以及具有特色的煮食蕉为代表的食用蕉多样化种植；
引进及培育观叶尧观花及观果的优良观赏蕉品种，开发蕉类观赏价值；开发香蕉酒尧香蕉抗性淀粉以及香蕉休闲食
品，发展香蕉深加工。 |

| Banana is sweet, rich in nutrition, and often known as one of 野four top fruits of south China冶with
pineapple, longan and litchi, also is the traditional crop of Dongguan water area. Under the new situation of vigorous
development of urban agriculture in Dongguan and facing the severe blow by banana wilt disease, this article analyzed the
application of banana plants. Firstly, we should develop the various planting pattern with the high quality and disease
resistance banana cultivars including banana (Musa AAA group), Fenjiao (Musa AAB group), Gongjiao (Musa AA group),
Dajiao (Musa AAB group), along with the unique cooking banana as the representative of the edible banana. Secondly, we
must introduce and cultivate excellent leaf, flower and fruit ornamental banana cultivars to develop ornamental value.
Thirdly, we can empolder banana wine, banana resistant starch and banana snack food to develop the deep processing of
banana. |
