| 2013 年中央一号文件首次提出野家庭农场冶的概念，释放出我国在农户家庭经营基础上发展家庭农场的
政策信号。家庭农场在国外有着悠久的历史，以美国尧加拿大尧荷兰尧日本等为代表，分析国外家庭农场经营的经验和
教训。他山之石，可以攻玉，看国外如何经营家庭农场，从而得出对我国家庭农场在认定标准尧土地流转尧农业补贴以
及科技化和机械化经营方面的启示。 |

| Family Farm was first put forward in the No.1 Document of the Centre this year, which releasing the
policy information of that family farm will be encouraged to be developed on the base of household operation of China.
Family farm has a long history in the foreign countries. Taking the USA, Canada, Holland, Japan, etc. as the
representatives, this paper analyzed the operation experience and lessons of foreign family farms. By other爷s faults, wise
men correct their own. Through studying how the foreign countries operate their family farms, the enlightenment of
operating family farms in China could be draw, which is in term of the identification criterion of family farm, farming land
transfer, agricultural subsidies and the operation of technology and mechanization. |
