      以七月熟荔枝种子为材料,研究了种子在40~52益及室温条件下催芽1 d、常温贮藏46 d的发芽率、发 芽势、种子活力指数、相对胚根长和出芽天数。结果表明,高温对七月熟荔枝种子活力的影响很大,高于46益催芽对 种子的发芽率和发芽势具有抑制作用。种子活力对催芽温度较发芽率和发芽势敏感,高于44益催芽种子的活力明显 降低。七月熟荔枝种子具有一定的耐高温能力,适当高温能提高其种子活力。种子的出芽时间对催芽温度最敏感,高 于42益催芽对种子的出芽具有抑制作用,因此可以推断种子催芽耐高温的临界温度为42益。
英文摘要:
      The article studied the germination rate, germination energy, seed vigor index, relative radicle length and budding days of Litchi under the condition of 40~52 and normal temperature to germinate one day and storage at normal temperature for 46 days. The results showed that high temperature had obvious effect on seed vigor, the temperature of germinate more than 46 could inhibit seed germination rate and germination energy. Seed vitality was more sensitive to germination temperature than germination rate and germination energy, seed vigor significantly decreased when the germination temperature was more than 44 . The seed had ability to resist high temperature, which could improve the seed vigor. Seed germination time was most sensitive to the germination temperature, the temperature of germinate more than 42益could inhibit seedling emergence. Therefore, it infers that the critical high temperature of seed germination is 42.
