      研究了杏黄兜兰、硬叶兜兰和麻栗坡兜兰在华南地区引种时叶片的形态变化及其叶绿素、类胡萝卜含 量和净光合作用率的变化。结果表明,杏黄兜兰、硬叶兜兰在华南地区温室中栽培时,叶片面积显著性地变小,而麻 栗坡兜兰的叶片面积显著变大。杏黄兜兰单位面积的气孔变少,而硬叶兜兰和麻栗坡兜兰的单位面积的气孔变化不 大。引种3 年后,3 种兜兰的叶绿素和类胡萝卜含量均显著性地升高,但它们的净光合速率降低。
英文摘要:
      Morphologic change, content of chlorophyll and carotenoid, and net photosynthesis rate of leaves of three Paphiopedilum introduced by south china were studied. The result showed that among Paphiopedilums introduced, the area of mature leaf of P. armeniacum and P. micranthum significantly diminished and the area of mature leaf of P. malipoense significantly enlarged. The number of pores of unit area of P. armeniacum decreased. The content of chlorophyll and carotenoid increased and net photosynthesis rate descended in this three species.
