| 资产证券化是针对林业等缺乏流动性的资产的新型结构化融资技术，从推出至今已被证明在盘活资产
流动性以及融资效率方面具有明显优势。揭示了林业信贷资产证券化的运行机理，分析了我国林业信贷资产对于资
产证券化核心要求的符合程度，并选取最具有代表性的树种桉树66.7 hm2作为分析样本进行实证分析，为破解我国
林业经济融资难困局提供新的发展思路。 |

| The asset securitization, which is a new structured financing technique, is targeted for assets lacking for
fluidity, advantaging in inventory of assets liquidity and financing efficiency, such as forestry. The article revealed
mechanism of forestry credit securitization assets securitization, analyzed how forestry credit assets securitization met the
standard of asset securitization core requirement and selected the most representative species of eucalyptus 66.7 hm2 for
empirical analysis, in order to provide new ideas for solving the financing difficulties of forestry economy in China. |
