      以黑腹果蝇5 个基因纯和的品系为材料、首次将特效植物营养素(SPNE)用于非植物、在果蝇培养基中 添加SPNE、于18益恒温下培养、发现它们幼虫出现尧蛹的出现及羽化时间都比对照有所提前、使得生长发育加速、生 活周期缩短、后代繁殖数量明显增多、体重也略有增加。试验结果证明SPNE 在果蝇上效果很显著、为果蝇及其他昆 虫的养殖提供了新的方法、为SPNE 的应用和研究找到了新的材料和途径。
英文摘要:
      Taking 5 strains of pure gene Drosophila melanogaster as the materials, SPNE (Special Plant Nutritional Element) was firstly used for non-plant. Drosophila culture medium was added by SPNE, cultured at 18益, the appearance of their larvae, pupae and emergence time were earlier, their growth and development were accelerated and life cycle was shortened, the number of offspring increased obviously and the body weight also increased slightly. The results show that SPNE has significant effects on Drosophila. This provides a new method for D. melanogaster and other insects culture, and finds a new material and way for the research and application of SPNE.
