| 种子发芽是植物成长中的重要环节之一、良好的环境可以大大提高种子发芽率。 通过控制催芽室内的
温度、相对湿度、光照等参数、为种子发芽创造一个良好的环境、促进种子发芽。 采用中央空调控制系统、控制催芽室
的温度在 18~30益范围内可调；采用超声波加湿器、控制催芽室的相对湿度在 70% ~95% 范围内可调。 安装了光照传
感器、分组控制补光灯。触摸屏设计方便用户直观地使用、采用 RS232与控制器通信。安装了循环风机和风幕机使环
境内温度和相对湿度更加均匀。控制器采用 PI D 算法控制环境精度。目标温度值为 28益、目标相对湿度为 90% 时、温
度控制精度为依0. 5益、相对湿度控制精度为依1. 9% 。 相对于人工气候箱、催芽室空间较大、一定条件下、年产量可达到
340万株、甚至更高。 |
