| 开展农村土地整治是促进新型城镇化、统筹城乡发展、推进新农村建设的平台。 土地整治在改善农村生
态居住环境、增加耕地数量的同时、也引起了农民野被上楼冶等社会问题。 为了从理论上探索农村土地整治的科学路
径、从农村土地整治存在的博弈困境入手、运用博弈理论分析土地整治中利益相关主体政府、中介方、村集体和村民
的收益函数。 结果表明院农村土地整治属于不完全信息动态博弈、博弈过程趋向精炼贝叶斯纳什均衡、并据此得出土
地整治的科学路径为协商整治、以及各主体为了推进协商整治实现卡尔多要希克斯改进的方法、为农村土地整治工
作的改进提供理论依据。 |
