| 农业专业镇集约式新型技术推广模式作为农业集群式发展的产业组织模式，具有规模经济和范围经济效应，能够形成科技资源的开放共享效应，在技术推广中产生社会资本效应，对于提升现代农业技术水平和竞争力至关重要。发挥农业龙头企业的带动作用，引进培育市场化运作的技术推广机构，培育本土化的技术推广队伍，加强技术推广公共服务平台建设和强化技术推广工作的整体设计和政策引导，可以推动促进农业专业镇集约式技术推广模式的有效发挥。 |

| As a new industrial development mode, intensive agricultural extension pattern has the effect of both economic scale and scope. It also shares the S&T resources and generates the social capital effect. With the respect of modern agricultural technology innovation, it plays a crucial role. Exerting the key enterprises爷demonstration function,fostering the marketing technology extension institutes and human resources, enhancing public service platform construction and policy designing, would accelerate the intensive agricultural technology extension pattern for agricultural specialized town developing forward. |
