      大麻顶枯病是近年来在大麻上发生的一种新病害。通过组织分离纯化和致病性鉴定分离得到致病相关菌株DM-1,运用形态学和分子生物学技术将该菌株鉴定为厚垣镰孢霉(Fusarium chlamydosporum)。生物学特性研究结果表明,该菌菌丝生长的最适生长温度为28℃,最适pH 值为7;完全光照有利于菌丝的生长;果糖、麦芽糖和阿拉伯糖3 种碳源最有利于菌丝生长,酵母浸膏、牛肉浸膏、蛋白胨、硝酸钾尧、5 种氮源最有利于菌丝生长。
英文摘要:
      The dieback disease in hemp is a new pathogen in recent years. One correlative strain DM-1 was identified as Fusarium chlamydosporum by morphology and molecular biological technology, was isolated and purified from the tissue of hemp. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth was 25℃and the optimum pH value for the mycelial growth was 7. Full illumination was conducive to the growth of the mycelial. Mycelial growth was the fastest on the medium using fructose, maltose and arabinose as carbon source, or using yeast extract, beef extract, peptone, potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate as nitrogen source.
