      为了全面了解陈化烟叶细菌多样性,以进一步挖掘其中的有益微生物,利用16S rRNA 克隆文库测序分析技术,鉴定和比较了曲靖烟区陈化时间分别为24、36、48 个月的烤烟烟叶上的细菌多样性。结果在陈化24、36、48个月的烟叶上分别鉴定得到55、60、23 个细菌的操作分类单元(OTU),其中肠杆菌科、假单胞菌科和黄杆菌科的细菌占优势。在不同陈化阶段,菌群的多样性和优势菌有所不同,烟叶上细菌的多样性在陈化后期逐渐减低。研究结果展示了烟叶陈化期间细菌的菌群结构和动态变化,发现了一些能够减少烟叶有害物质的细菌,是烟叶上的有益细菌筛选的重要参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to fully discover the diversity and application value of bacterial communities on flue-cured tobacco leaves in ageing period, 3 tobacco samples which had been aged for 24, 36, 48 months were analyzed by 16S rRNA clone library sequencing. 55, 60, 23 operational taxonomic units were found from 24, 36, 48 months samples, respectively,including Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonadaceae, Xanthomonadaceae as domain strains. The results showed that the diversity of bacterial community was decreasing during the aged process. This study found some harmful substance degrading bacterium on the aged tobacco leaves and it was significant for the valuable bacterial screening.
